Leaders of the Evolution

Humanity and our planet are at a crossroads. Will we choose love or fear? Competition or cooperation? Lindy+RevBeckwith-1Survival or extinction? Deepak Chopra, Jean Houston, Rev. Michael Beckwith and a host of other visionaries from all walks of life gathered at Royce Hall this week to engage our collective potential in making an evolutionary leap.

At “A Call to Conscious Evolution—Our Moment of Choice,” many steps were outlined that we can take as individuals, business people and citizens of the world to raise consciousness. To support ongoing efforts, an online Evolutionary Leader Toolkit provides practical and effective ways to participate in this global movement. We need integrity in business, social and political transformation, ecological balance, meditation and prayer.

One oft-repeated theme particularly relevant to Whole Life Times reflected our mission for the 32 years we’ve been serving the Southern California community: Media needs to take action to promote conscious evolution. Media has the power to rally and will be instrumental in helping to create a global event on 11/1/11 in the nation’s capital.

The UCLA evening ending with a stirring performance by vocalist Siedah Garrett of Michael Jackson’s hit song, “Man In The Mirror,” which she penned.
